One of the newest Green buildings to open doors for residents would probably be Crystal Green. Crystal Green is a Glenwood development located by 39th street between 8th and 9th avenue. Crystal Green will have 199 residential apartments. According to Gary Jacob in an interview he gave for the times, there will be an independent 6 story six unit building on 38th street where the tenants might get to use the amenities of the Crystal Green?s sister property?Emerald Green.?
