Calif. teacher pleads not guilty in molest case (AP)

FRESNO, Calif. ? A Central California teacher accused of molesting a student and recording the abuse on his cellphone has pleaded not guilty in the case.

Police arrested Neng Yang last week, after the alleged victim's mother asked the second-grader why she wasn't in her physical education class at her Clovis school. The girl said she was in Yang's classroom playing "the lollipop game."

Yang denied any abuse to investigators. But police say they found nine videos on his cellphone that showed the child performing oral sex on him while blindfolded.

Yang entered his not guilty plea to 45 counts on Wednesday in Fresno County Superior Court. He previously pleaded not guilty to a federal count of producing child pornography in the case.

The 43-year-old was being held on $4.5 million bail.
