GE Opens New Software Center In The Bay Area

geGE is announcing the establishment of a new Global Software Center to be headquartered San Francisco. The new center will employ approximately 400 software developers. The company's current software portfolio includes technologies that help businesses improve productivity and increase cost savings, specifically in terms of operating power plants, jet engines, electric vehicle charging stations, locomotives or medical systems.
